FK/Formerly Frank's Kitchen is a fine dining Michelin recommended restaurant with a long-time crew. We are independently owned and have been in operation since 2010. We are open Tuesdays to Saturdays and are looking for the following positions;
Part Time Experienced Cook with a minimum of 2 years upscale/fine dining restaurant experience - 2 to 3 shifts a week Tuesdays to Saturdays and also a full time person for 5 shifts.
We are a high-level artisanal kitchen and fine dining experience is a big plus. You would be working with Chef Frank who is highly skilled, well regarded in his industry and has a wealth of knowledge. As there is one person reading through all the resume we ask that you please do not apply without required experience, as it takes away time to find qualified candidates, you will not be considered without fine dining experience.
Rate is $18 to $21 with an average of $3 to $5 extra an hour in tips. Your rate is not capped, we give increases.
2 days off in a row (closed Sundays and Mondays).
8-to-9-hour shifts, no late nights. Shift starts at 1:30.
We promote a family fun environment and love staff gatherings and outings. Our good times always involve our passion...great food and wine. Yearly Christmas and Thanksgiving lunches/parties, Superbowl gathering and summer vacay in cottage country. We are big believers in work/life balance.
