Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
• Sets table with cutlery, crockery, linens and glassware as per Holt Renfrew standards.
• Ensures all items are perfectly clean.
• Refills all condiment holders and supplies.
• Assists Servers in delivering orders as needed.
• Refills water, bread etc as required.
• Removes dishes after courses.
• Brings used dishes, cutlery and serving plates to the cleaning station.
• Changes linens as required.
The ideal candidate:
• High School Diploma
• 2-3 years previous experience in similar capacity

• Clients not left waiting
• Client feedback
• Regular walk throughs
• Observation
• Random Audit
