The Server Assistant supports the service team to ensure smooth and efficient dining room operations. This role assists with food delivery, table maintenance, and guest support, helping create a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
• Clear and reset tables according to restaurant standards
• Refill water and assist with table maintenance during service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations
• Support servers and bartenders to ensure efficient service flow
• Complete opening, running, and closing side duties
Qualifications
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and attention to detail
• Hospitality experience is an asset but not required
