Our ideal candidate is a driven, reliable team player who is organised, personable and courteous. Familiarity with reservation platforms (SevenRooms and OpenTable) is a must and experience in fine-dining restaurants is an asset. Candidates must have extensive knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails.
Requirements for Success:
- Passion for food, beverage and hospitality
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Desire to learn and grow within our organisation
- Positive attitude
- Excellent personal presentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with the bar, kitchen and dining room teams
