Job Description

WANTED: Chef di partie – Become the Chef in 1 Year

La Luce Ristorante– Italian Fine Dining.

We have an incredible Chef with years of knowledge, but we need someone to stand beside him and soak it all in. We’ve tried hiring outside Chefs, but they always want to change our menu. We don’t want that. We want to promote from within.

If you have some kitchen experience and want to fast-track your career, this is it. We are looking for a Chef di partie to train directly under our Chef with the goal of taking over the kitchen in 12 months.

You must:
✅ Have professional kitchen experience.
✅ Be eager to learn classic Italian techniques.
✅ Be willing to follow our recipes and style.
