Bartender
We’re looking for a Bartender who values genuine service and takes a hospitality-first approach, takes pride in their craft, and understands that great bartending is as much about warm service as it is about what’s in the glass.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating comfortable, engaging experiences while maintaining high standards behind the bar.
The Role
As a Bartender at Lardo, you’ll be responsible for delivering attentive, polished bar service while contributing to the overall flow and energy of the dining room. You’ll work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure guests feel both at ease and well taken care of.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and care
Engage guests warmly at the bar, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency behind the bar at all times
Support servers with bar tickets and service timing
Maintain product knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and menu offerings
Follow all health, safety, and liquor service standards
Contribute positively to team culture and service flow
What We’re Looking For
Previous bartending experience in a quality-driven restaurant or bar
Strong understanding of classic cocktails and bar fundamentals
Calm, professional presence in a fast-paced service environment
Hospitality-first mindset with strong communication skills
Attention to detail and pride in presentation
Availability for evenings and weekends
Smart Serve certification required (or willingness to obtain)
