Kōjin is located in the third floor of Momofuku Toronto. Conceptualized in 2018 with a completely new space and menu, kōjin is a celebration of the hearth. The wood-fire grill in the middle of the open kitchen of the restaurant meets the freshest local ingredients over an open flame.
