Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures
- Coordinate and supervise staff members across different departments
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates for various positions
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant
- Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role in a high volume fine dining setting
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in math and financial management
- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on qualifications
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to adapt strategies accordingly
- Strong administrative skills, including record keeping and data analysis
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
