We’re a fun small Italian American restaurant in the heart of Roncesvalles that takes pride in serving great food and Service. Our kitchen runs on teamwork, respect, and consistency.
We’re looking for a Sous Chef who shares those values, takes ownership of their work, and wants to grow with a close-knit team.
What You’ll Do
• Work side-by-side with the Chef to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Lead by example on the line , jumping in wherever needed.
• Help train and guide our cooks and prep staff.
• Make sure plates go out consistent, clean, and on time.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and keep waste low.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and up to health code standards.
• Bring ideas for new features, specials, or ways to make service smoother.
• Be a positive influence in the kitchen and keep morale high, even during the rush.
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook.
• Strong cooking fundamentals. Can handle a line and manage prep confidently.
• A calm, team-first attitude under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in a clean, organized workspace.
• Understanding of food safety and basic inventory management.
• Willingness to grow, learn, and contribute to our family-style culture.
