We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. As a Server Assistant, you will work closely with servers to maintain clean tables, deliver food and beverages, and assist with overall dining room upkeep. This is a great entry-level position for individuals interested in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist servers by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables promptly
Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
Refill water glasses and provide additional service as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
Stock and replenish server stations with necessary supplies (napkins, utensils, condiments, etc.)
Help with guest requests and relay messages to servers or management
Support opening and closing side work tasks
Ensure adherence to health and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items (up to 30 lbs) throughout the shift
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor
