Job Description

Part-Time / Full-Time | In-Person | Queens Quay West, Harbourfront

The bar at Pie Bar is its own destination — cocktails, Italian wines, and a waterfront backdrop that brings guests back again and again. We're looking for a confident, creative Bartender who can shake things up and make every guest at the bar feel like a regular.

What You'll Do

• Craft and serve cocktails, Italian wines, local brews, and non-alcoholic beverages to a consistent, high standard
• Engage bar guests with personality and make the bar a welcoming, social space
• Take food and drink orders and process transactions accurately
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and running efficiently throughout service
• Follow Smart Serve and responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times
• Coordinate with servers and the kitchen to support seamless table service
• Bring energy and professionalism to every interaction and encourage guests to leave a review

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a full-service or cocktail-forward environment
• Smart Serve certification required
• Knowledge of Silverware POS is a strong advantage
• Experience generating positive guest reviews is an asset
• Solid knowledge of spirits, wine, and classic cocktail techniques
• Personable, energetic, and calm under pressure
• Available evenings, weekends, and during peak patio season
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
