Craft both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and tailoring to guest preferences.
1.Maintain knowledge of cocktail menus, seasonal specialties, and ongoing promotions.
2. Engage & Serve Guests
Greet patrons in a warm and welcoming manner as they come to the bar.
Take drink orders efficiently, answer questions, and offer friendly recommendations.
Provide attentive service throughout guests’ visits to ensure satisfaction.
3. Maintain Bar Area
Keep the bar clean, organized, and well‑stocked with tools, glassware, garnishes, and supplies.
4.Rinse and sanitize glassware and utensils promptly; maintain hygienic standards.
Assist with ordering supplies as needed to keep the bar fully operative.
5. Manage Transactions & POS
Operate the POS system for orders, tabs, and payment processing (cash, card, gift certificates).
Ensure accurate payment handling and maintain balanced cash drawer.
6. Responsible Service & Compliance
Serve alcohol responsibly, including ID checks and refusal of service when required.
Follow all food & liquor safety regulations and internal service protocols.
7. Promote Team Atmosphere
Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to coordinate food & beverage delivery.
Stay informed of menu changes and share details with colleagues and guests.
8. Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on industry trends, cocktail techniques, and local preps to improve service.
Participate in training, staff meetings, and assist with bar initiatives and events
