Part-Time / Full-Time | In-Person | Queens Quay West, Harbourfront

At Pie Bar, every shift comes with a waterfront view and a team that takes Italian hospitality seriously. We're looking for passionate, guest-focused Servers who thrive in a lively environment and love making people feel welcome.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and guide them through our menu of authentic Neapolitan pizzas, fresh handmade pastas, and handcrafted cocktails
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff
• Deliver dishes and beverages in a timely, attentive manner
• Anticipate guest needs throughout the meal and handle requests with care
• Process payments and manage table turnover efficiently during high-volume service
• Keep your section clean and fully stocked throughout each shift
• Encourage happy guests to share their experience — positive reviews are a reflection of your work
• Support teammates and contribute to a smooth, high-energy front-of-house

What We're Looking For

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred
• Knowledge of Silverware POS is a strong advantage
• Experience encouraging guest reviews is an asset
• Passion for Italian food, cocktails, and genuine hospitality
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Comfortable working fast-paced evening and weekend services
• Smart Serve certified or willing to obtain
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
