Sal's is looking for an experienced bartender with the ability to serve tables and open wine in a formal setting. Only serious applicatants please.
Nestled between the iconic CHIN Radio building and The Royal Theatre, Sal's location couldn't be more fitting. The restaurant, named after both Michael Sangregorio and Fabio Bondi's Dads, brings to life a celebration of Italian Canadian cuisine. Both Sals' immigrated to Canada decades ago with little more than a suitcase and a dream. Like many Italian families, they settled along College Street.
The new restaurant is a coming home of sorts. Sal's kitchen will showcase dishes that their families grew up eating and celebrating milestones with.
