At SIMONA, we’re redefining the cocktail bar experience in Toronto. Our bar is a vibrant meeting place for cocktail lovers, known for creative, seasonal drinks, exceptional service, and an atmosphere that celebrates bold flavors and unforgettable moments. We're currently seeking an experienced bartender to join our passionate and talented front-of-house team.
Who You Are:
You're an enthusiastic, skilled bartender with a deep respect for the craft of mixology. You understand the balance of speed and precision, and you’re as comfortable behind a busy bar as you are introducing guests to something new. You love working with quality spirits, house-made ingredients, and pushing creative boundaries.
What You’ll Do:
Create and serve classic and signature cocktails with consistency and style
Provide knowledgeable, warm, and attentive service to every guest
Manage bar prep, mise en place, and post-shift breakdown
Contribute ideas to seasonal cocktail menus and specials
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What You Bring:
2+ years of bartending experience in a cocktail-forward or craft-focused bar
Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar techniques
Excellent communication, hospitality, and multitasking skills
A proactive attitude and commitment to continual learning
Smart Serve certification (required)
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
