Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in crafting cocktails, knowledgeable about wine and spirits, and passionate about creating a welcoming and engaging bar experience for our guests.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and precision
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine, cocktails, and menu pairings
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
Process orders and payments using TOAST POS
Uphold responsible alcohol service in compliance with AGCO regulations
Engage with guests, creating a friendly and memorable experience
Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed
What We’re Looking For
Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail techniques
Smart Serve certification (required)
Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused mindset
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
