Job Summary
As a Server Assistant at Simona, you’ll play a key support role in maintaining smooth floor operations and ensuring that guests receive seamless, attentive service. You will work closely with servers, bartenders, and management to uphold our high standards of hospitality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
Assist servers in delivering food and clearing plates in a timely and professional manner
Maintain clean and organized tables, chairs, and floors throughout service
Refill water glasses, replenish table settings, and anticipate guest needs
Reset tables promptly and efficiently to prepare for new guests
Support with polishing cutlery and glassware as needed
Ensure that side stations and service areas are fully stocked and tidy
Communicate effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest
Qualifications
Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred but not required
Strong work ethic with a team-first attitude
Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Professional appearance and positive demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
