Job Description

SIMONA is seeking energetic Bussers / Food Runners to support our Summer Patio team.

This is a fast-paced support role essential to delivering seamless service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency

• Ability to multitask in high-volume environments

• Team player with positive attitude

• Flexible availability (evenings & weekends)

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs safely, in accordance with Ontario workplace safety guidelines

Responsibilities:

• Run food accurately and efficiently

• Support servers with table maintenance

• Reset and maintain patio tables

• Assist with overall cleanliness and organization

• Lift and transport trays, bus tubs, patio furniture, and supplies safely

• Ensure smooth communication between BOH and FOH
