Job Description

SIMONA is a vibrant waterfront Italian restaurant known for its high-quality food, welcoming atmosphere, and strong team culture. We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and kitchen equipment efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning duties (floors, garbage, recycling)
• Support kitchen team as needed during busy service
• Follow health & safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience is an asset, but not required
