The Day Manager at Freehouse embodies this spirit and acts as the connective thread between front of house and back of house so that the guest experience is effortless. They are responsible for the health of the FOH business including managing the host and support teams, maintaining a great environment, and setting the night team up for success.
Our Day Managers are supported by a veteran team of General Managers and Directors, each responsible for a unique piece of the business. GMs work with and develop Managers with the aim of setting and achieving business goals, making space for personal growth, and energizing staff.
