We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join us at FAB Restaurant Concepts! With over 10 locations in Toronto and Ontario, this role will elevate our culinary program to the next level.
Job Description
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
- Monitor staff performance
- Set staff work schedules
- Conduct performance reviews
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- Inspect products and processing methods; prepare reports and ensure that regulations governing health, quality and safety are followed
- Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
