Job Description

The Craft Brasserie & Grille is currently recruiting for an experienced Full-Time Manager to join our team. This position requires the ability to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends.

Responsibilities:

- Train staff
- Keep track of inventory and place orders with suppliers accordingly
- Manage customer complaints
- Make sure all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Monitor the restaurant’s sales
- Develop and follow a budget to maximize restaurant profits
- Develop or contribute to marketing plans to promote the establishment
- Closing the restaurant.

Salary: Starting at $45,000.00 - $60,000 per year
