What You’ll Do:
Work closely with our Executive Chef to craft and execute an inspired seasonal menu
Lead and support a talented kitchen brigade
Uphold the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
Contribute ideas, techniques, and energy to continuously evolve the kitchen
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, with 1+ years in a leadership or sous role
Deep knowledge of modern cooking techniques and global flavors
Calm under pressure, organized, and solution-oriented
A natural mentor who leads by example
Passion for quality ingredients, plating, and consistency
