Looking for a Part-time Floor Manager for a high volume restaurant downtown Toronto (daily brunch and/or occasionally nights).
Must have a minimum 2 years experience managing a restaurant.
Must be proficient in: excel, inventory management, delegating tasks, menu knowledge, customer relations and problem solving.
Must be familiar with: all general tasks for all positions in a restaurant.
Must be comfortable with: extensive work hours, both day and night shifts, organizing, delegating, hosting customers and events, etc...
