About Us:
Anh and Chi is a busy, vibrant Vietnamese restaurant on Main Street, Vancouver. We are looking for a hardworking, experienced individual to join our team as a Bar Back during the summer, with the opportunity to transition into a Server role during the slower season.
What We’re Looking For:
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
-Hardworking, fast learner, and able to adapt quickly to changing roles and needs.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with both bar and floor teams.
-Flexible availability – must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
-Support the bar team by restocking, preparing garnishes, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
-Assist in ensuring smooth bar operations during peak hours.
-Learn and understand the menu and beverage program to transition into a server role.
-Deliver excellent guest service when transitioning to the floor as a Server.
-Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain a seamless service flow.
