Job Description

Anh and Chi is a lively and high-volume Vietnamese restaurant on Main Street, Vancouver. We pride ourselves on providing a warm, welcoming dining experience for every guest while maintaining an energetic, fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming demeanour.
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists effectively.
Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even under pressure.
Assist in other front-of-house duties as needed to support the team.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a host FOH position in a busy fast-paced restaurant
Tock, Open Table, and or Resy experience is an asset
Excellent communication skills – able to confidently interact with guests and coordinate with the team in a very busy, fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and a strong team player – willing to learn and not afraid of challenges.
Eager to grow and develop within a supportive team setting.

Availability: priority goes to open availability; weekends are a must. Sunday availability is non-negotiable.
