Job Description

AnnaLena is expanding its kitchen to evolve our pastry program. We are currently searching for a talented, experienced, and highly motivated Pastry Chef to join our team and help develop and grow the next chapter of AnnaLena.

This role is ideal for someone with strong foundations, a refined palate, and a deep curiosity for technique, seasonality, and thoughtful creativity. You’ll be given the space and support to develop and execute along side AnnaLena’s Culinary team.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Cook in a high-level restaurant
• Strong technical pastry skills with a modern, thoughtful approach
• Ability to lead, organize, and execute a focused pastry program
• Creativity balanced with discipline and consistency
• A collaborative mindset and strong work ethic
