Bar Asra is the newest addition to the South Granville area, bringing an exciting and innovative cocktail program and delicious international share plates! Location: Vancouver, BC Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time available We are excited to announce a bold new cocktail bar that has just opened in South Granville. We are searching for experienced casual/fine dining Servers to join our team. We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and a collaborative spirit to join our team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation - Set up and clean up dining area before, during, and after service - Use POS system to process orders, handle cash, and manage card transactions - Perform basic cash-out duties, ensuring accuracy in counting and balancing - Assist with general restaurant operations and work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high level of service Requirements: - Previous 2yrs experience in a serving role (professional serving skills are a must) - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask in a busy environment - Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude - Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus.
