Boketto is a dessert cafe in River District neighbourhood in South Vancouver, BC. Looking for Experienced Barista to join our team:
Responsibilities for Barista All-Rounder
Prepare and serve Matcha and Bubble tea drinks that meet quality standards
Properly handle and maintain all equipment
Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
Serve customers quickly and efficiently
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
Observe relevant health and safety standards
Help assist with training with new team members as they come onboard
Ensure the kitchen & all areas are clean and sanitized at all times
Carry out administrative duties to maintain an efficient workspace
Requirements :
Minimum 1-2 years experience as Barista in Canada
Having a knowledge of Latte Art is preferred
Having a knowledge of how to bake pastries is preferred
Being Canadian Citizen ot Permanent resident is preferred.
Fluent is English is a must
Food Safe Cetificate Level 1 is required before starting the job
Monday to Thursday (12pm -10pm) Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday & Sunday ) 10 a.m. till 11 p.m. is Preferred.
Minimum 3 days availability during business hours is a must. Must be available to work weekends.

Pay: $17.85 per hour
