Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar is seeking a Banquet & Breakfast Cook to join our award-winning kitchen team for the upcoming busy conference and tour season, with potential to continue through slower months.
This is a unique opportunity to work alongside Chef Alex Chen and Chef Roger Ma, learning advanced culinary techniques across banquet events and breakfast operations.

Qualifications & Key Attributes
Minimum 1 year experience as a cook in banquet, breakfast, or similar hotel operations
Highly organized with excellent time management and communication skills
Comfortable working with diverse cuisines
Knowledge of safe food handling and preparation
Fine-dining experience is an asset
Positive, solutions-focused attitude
Strong work ethic with high standards for quality
Team player who is reliable, honest, and professional
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 40 lbs
Food Safe certification required

Compensation
$20/hour, based on experience
