Brasserie Coquette is seeking a dynamic and experienced Evening Restaurant Manager to lead our floor team and uphold our standards of refined French hospitality. In this role, you will oversee nightly operations, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional guest experience while managing front-of-house staff and coordinating with the kitchen. The ideal candidate possesses a deep appreciation for French cuisine and wine, a hands-on leadership style, and the ability to maintain a vibrant, professional atmosphere during our busiest service hours.
Must have a minimum of atleast 3 years experience in the industry
Knowledge about wine, cocktails and french cuisine.
5-day a week availability
Ability to motivate and guide a team through the course of the service
Base salary of 35-40k depending on experience. NOT including tips
