Job Description

Brix & Mortar is looking for energetic and passionate back of house staff with an affinity for people and service, to join our culinary team. Currently we are hiring FT position for Chef de Partie / Line Cook. This position requires applicants to have a passion for making quality food and keeping a great work environment. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Committed to excellence and driven to succeed. Assist with creation of new menu ideas as and when required. Ensures adherence to all culinary standards Performs food prep and cooks on the line. Leading when necessary Maintains set standards around Health & Safety. A strong willingness to learn and develop one’s skills. Stable work history.
