Job Description

Pasta Chef | Capo & The Spritz (Yaletown)

Capo & The Spritz is seeking a Pasta Chef to join our kitchen team. This hands-on role combines fresh pasta production with line execution, working closely with our Pasta Maker to support daily prep and service.

Inspired by classic Italian trattorias, Capo & The Spritz celebrates food, family, and hospitality—bringing the warmth of Nonna’s table to the heart of Yaletown.

Responsibilities:

• Produce fresh and stuffed pastas
• Assist with dough prep, portioning, and mise en place
• Execute pasta dishes during service with precision
• Maintain a clean, organized station
• Support the kitchen team as needed

Requirements:

• 3–5 years professional kitchen experience
• Strong cooking fundamentals; fine dining/hotel experience preferred
• Interest or experience in handmade pasta
• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
