Capo & The Spritz is a bold, vibrant Italian social hub in the heart of Yaletown — and we're growing fast. We're building a team of leaders who don't just manage a floor, but protect a vision. WHAT YOU'LL DO

•       Own the floor — guest flow, table turns, pacing, and service quality from open to close

•       Lead pre-shift briefings that actually connect the team to the guest experience

•       Coach in real time — developing your team on the floor, not just in reviews

•       Act as the operational guardian of the Capo Vivid Vision — keeping standards sharp and the energy right

•       Handle guest escalations with grace and authority — turning friction into loyalty

•       Partner with kitchen and bar leadership to keep service seamless and communication tight

•       Monitor covers, throughput, and sales metrics — and act on what you see

WHAT YOU BRING

•       3+ years of full-service restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred)

•       A hospitality-first mindset — you lead from the floor, not the office

•       Strong knowledge of food, wine, and Italian-inspired beverage programs

•       Serving It Right + FOODSAFE certification

•       Proven ability to hold a team to a standard while keeping culture intact

•       You don't just manage problems — you anticipate them
