WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own your section — guide the room with confident, unhurried hospitality
• Bring the Spritz story to life — introduce guests to aperitivo culture, amaro, and Italian libations they'll want again tomorrow
• Read the table, not just the order — create a flow that feels effortless
• Collaborate with your team to keep the room humming — no lone wolves here
• Be the reason guests say 'see you Thursday'
WHAT YOU BRING
• Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant experience
• Serving It Right (or willingness to obtain immediately)
• Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and Italian cuisine is a major asset
• You're a communicator — calm under pressure, sharp on the floor
• You take pride in the craft of hospitality — this isn't just a job to you
