Job Description

Carlino, an Italian Michelin-recommended restaurant in the downtown core focusing on the rustic cuisine of Friuli, is looking for a PM Chef de Partie to join the team at the Shangri-La.

Qualifications and Key Attributes:
- Minimum 1-year previous experience in a similar role (experience with Italian cuisine is an asset)
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong work ethic and high standards for quality
- Team player who builds trust with colleagues and can be relied upon for their honesty and integrity
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn and continually improve
- Superior organization skills, attention to detail and cleanliness
