Job Description

As a Line Cook, You Will:

Set up and stock your station, ensuring readiness before each service
Prepare and cook dishes to recipe specifications, maintaining quality, taste, and
presentation

Assist in preparing daily specials and seasonal features
Monitor food quality through temperature checks and visual standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in your work area, following all food safety
guidelines

Help with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory
Support the kitchen team during service for dine-in, events, and banquets
Participate in ongoing training and skill development under senior kitchen
leadership

Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Line Cook in a professional kitchen
Food Safe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Passion for seasonal, sustainable, and locally sourced food
Flexible availability—mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
