Position: Food Expeditor
Availability: Must be able to work Friday and Saturday evenings

Job Summary:
We are currently a Food Expeditor for CinCin for weekend evening positions. Our Food Expeditors are the crucial link between the kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring food is prepared and delivered properly and efficiently.  The ideal candidate is a team player who works well under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• (Other duties may be assigned as required)
  Maintain the efficient flow of kitchen orders to service 
• Ensure the accuracy, presentation, and temperature of dishes prior to delivery 
• Assist with delivering dishes to the table when required  
• Maintain constant communication between the service staff and kitchen   

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Prior restaurant experience, within a premium hospitality environment being strongly preferred 
• Food Safe and Serving It Right certifications 
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills 
• Extremely well organised and able to work at speed and deal with high volume 
• Excellent communication skills 
• High attention to detail 
• Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment 
• High energy self-starter with a can-do friendly attitude 
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
