As a Host, you are the face of our business, and ensure that the guest experience starts and ends in a way that makes a first timer a regular. You will ensure all reservations and walk-ups are checked in, with appropriate contract tracing information gathered; scan ID in accordance with our Security procedure; maintain a clean and inviting space in and around the Host area as required, as well as wiping down and preparing tables as needed. Maintains good communication with Servers and management, ensuring the customer experience exceeds expectations;
Advises guests of Security requirements, wait times, and seating options
Seeks out opportunities to personalize the guest experience, within acceptable professional parameters
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Passionate about customer experience
Adaptable, able to prioritize and make decisions with agility
Serving It Right certification
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Prior experience in a busy bar/restaurant service role
Knowledge of products (food and beverage) relevant to our brand
