The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on leader to keep service flowing and set the tone for great coffee and great vibes. Perfect for someone that has been a barista for 1-2 years and is looking for their next step.
Responsibilities
Lead the team during your shift by setting an example and delegating tasks
Calibrate the espresso machine, know what the perfect shot is and how to dial it in
Jump in where needed — bar, floor, dishes, restocking
Handle opening/closing and cash
Support training and uphold service standards
Requirements
1+ year café, barista, or hospitality leadership
Strong multitasking skills in a busy environment while also engaging the customers
Positive, calm, and team-focused, leads by example
Able to lift 30 lbs and be on your feet for long periods
