Hiring Fair – Multiple Positions Available | Come Say Ciao!

We’re growing our team and currently hiring for a variety of positions, including Line Cooks, Sous Chefs, Chef de Cuisine, and Servers. We’re looking to connect with passionate, hospitality-driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and genuinely love creating exceptional guest experiences.

A bustling restaurant in the heart of Gastown, Di Beppe is inspired by the Italian immigrant’s desire to share a piece of home while living abroad — a young Italian restaurant with an old Italian soul. It’s lively, generous, and rooted in tradition. It’s a room where regulars are known by name and hospitality is expressed as much through the kitchen as it is on the floor.

You have:

  • 1+ year experience working in a similar position
  • Experience with hand-stretched pizza dough is a huge asset
  • Daytime and evening availability required
  • Knife skills proficiency (cutting, dicing, julienning)
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently while multitasking and maintaining high food standards
  • A positive attitude to bring to our close-knit team
  • An understanding of First In – First Out procedure and pride in maintaining an organized work area
