•About the Role:
Line/Sauté Cooks (Wok) are responsible for preparing, cooking and plating all the wok line items.
•Working Schedule:
⁃Number of Days: Must be available for 5 shifts per week
⁃Weekend Availability: Required
⁃Shifts: Day Shift or Evening Shift

Job Responsibilities & Tasks:
⁃Learns all Wok recipes, cook times, and cooking techniques per Din Tai Fung’s procedures
⁃Checks the ingredient quality prior to beginning cooking
⁃Cooks the ingredients in accordance with Din Tai Fung’s recipes
⁃Plates the final product in accordance with Din Tai Fung’s plating guidelines
⁃Prepares and cuts garnishes for Wok line items
⁃Labels all items in accordance with Health Department regulations and Din Tai Fung procedures
⁃Attends monthly staff meetings and Wok meetings
