Job Description

Line Cook – District Bar & Restaurant

District Bar & Restaurant is a high-energy, premium casual concept located steps from Rogers Arena and BC Place. We’re a volume-driven venue built around great food, a strong bar program, and a lively, game-day atmosphere.

We’re looking for a Line Cook who can handle pace, stay organized under pressure, and be a reliable part of a tight kitchen team.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• Ability to work clean, organized, and with urgency
• Strong understanding of prep, station setup, and service flow
• Confidence in multiple kitchen stations 
• Consistent execution and attention to detail
• Team-first mindset with solid communication
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, events)
