Job Description

As a server at El Guapo you are responsible for creating memorable guest experiences while maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilties include:

Guest Experience

• Greet tables within 1–2 minutes with confidence and personality
• Guide guests through the menu with enthusiasm and product knowledge
• Recommend tequila, mezcal, and cocktail pairings
• Upsell feature items, premium spirits, and add-ons
• Manage pacing to match the energy of the room
• Check back consistently without being intrusive
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and immediately

Service Standards

• Follow El Guapo’s steps of service
• Maintain clean and organized sections
• Run food and drinks for teammates when needed
• Complete side work thoroughly
• Close checks accurately and process payments efficiently
• Communicate clearly with bartenders, kitchen, and management

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift trays up to 25 lbs
• Work late nights and weekends
