ELEM is seeking experienced and professional fine dining servers to join our front-of-house team. Our ideal candidate is polished, knowledgeable, and passionate about hospitality. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience with a focus on attentiveness, timing, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Provide refined, attentive service in a fast-paced fine dining environment • Guide guests through menus, offering suggestions and wine pairings • Execute tableside service (e.g., wine presentation, crumbing, synchronized service) • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow • Maintain detailed knowledge of menu ingredients and preparation • Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the dining area before, during, and after service • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and discretion Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant • Deep understanding of fine dining etiquette, service standards, and table settings • Working knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings • Excellent communication and multitasking skills • Professional appearance and demeanor • Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
