At Ellipsis, we believe in creating spaces that invite people to pause, reconnect, and enjoy the present moment. By day we serve thoughtful coffee. At night we shift into a curated cocktail bar where service, atmosphere, and craft come together.
We are building our opening team and are looking for experienced baristas who are also confident on the floor. Someone who can make a great latte, serve tables with ease, and bring warm energy to the evening experience..
What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ year barista experience in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment
• Strong espresso technique and latte art skills
• Previous experience as a server or strong comfort taking orders at the table
• A genuine passion for hospitality and making guests feel welcomed
• Confidence working in both bar and floor roles during quieter coffee periods
• An eye for detail and consistency
• Reliable, proactive, and kind teammates who elevate the space
What You’ll Do (afternoon/night shifts):
• Prepare high-quality espresso beverages and maintain coffee standards during the night service
• Serve tables. take guest orders. run drinks. and guide guests through the menu
• Create warm and attentive service moments from greetings to farewells
• Support bar and floor flow including clearing tables. resetting. and side duties
• Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the shift
• Contribute to the culture of a new concept and help shape the guest experience
