The Role
We’re looking for a Lead Bartender to guide our cocktail service and help shape the beverage experience at Ellipsis. This person will be in charge of cocktail prep, bar setup, and evening service while supporting the training and development of our bar team.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading bar service during cocktail hours
- Creating and refining a seasonal cocktail menu in collaboration with leadership
- Ensuring all drinks are prepared to standard — with consistency, care, and creativity
- Managing bar inventory, ordering, and prep
- Training and mentoring junior bar staff
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar at all times
- Upholding Ellipsis’ guest service standards and helping create a warm, connected atmosphere
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years of experience in cocktail bars or beverage-forward restaurants
- Has strong knowledge of classic and modern mixology
- Thrives in leading a team and creating a collaborative bar culture
- Is passionate about guest experience, presentation, and balance in every drink
- Works cleanly and efficiently even during rushes
- Is curious, calm, and eager to be part of a new and exciting concept
- Enjoy talking and interacting with customers
