The Role
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Prep & Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help bring our seasonal brunch menu to life. This role is ideal for someone who loves food, takes pride in quality and consistency, and thrives in a calm but fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing ingredients: chopping, portioning, organizing mise en place
- Cooking and plating brunch dishes, sandwiches, açaí bowls, and tapas-style items
- Supporting smooth kitchen service during busy hours
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked station
- Upholding food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Assisting with receiving and storing deliveries
- Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a professional kitchen or café setting (preferred, but not required)
- Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to every shift
- Is calm, organized, and efficient under pressure
- Is eager to learn and grow with a collaborative team
- Communicates clearly and respectfully with teammates
