España is a small, very busy Spanish inspired tapas bar. We have been around for 13 years and are still going strong. We produce a menu that changes frequently and is influenced to a large degree by the proteins and produce we get from the many local farms we deal with. We are looking for someone to lead the team and continue the high standards that we have built over the last 13 years.
You:
Have at least 3 years line experience in a respected restaurant kitchen.
Have kitchen management experience, including costing, inventory and menu creation.
Have a passion for food and a desire to provide excellent service.
Preferably have experience with Spanish food and recipes.
