España is a small, very busy Spanish inspired tapas bar. We have been around for over 13 years and are still going strong. We produce a menu that changes frequently and is influenced to a large degree by the proteins and produce we get from the many local farms we deal with. We are looking for someone to join our team that will compliment the existing crew and contribute to the creative output of the kitchen. You: Have at least 2 yeas prep experience in a respected restaurant kitchen. Are reliable, trustworthy, and able to work in a busy environment without losing your cool. Are ready to work hard and be open to learning new skills and techniques. We offer a competitive hourly rate and full benefits after 3 months if you are working full time.
